    Our scheduled sweeping program helps maintain a clean, attractive property while extending the life of your pavement and paint striping, reducing costly resurfacing. BPLM sweeper operators will:

    Clean parking lots, curbs, and sidewalks of trash, dirt, and debris

    Blow out main entrances, exits, and corners

    Vacuum and sweep all areas, including the front, back, and sides

    Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

    Portering

    BPLM offers flexible day porter services to help control maintenance costs. Services are available daily, weekly, or monthly and include:

    Litter Removal: Debris removal from sidewalks, parking lots, common areas, landscaped beds, and trash enclosures.

    Dumpster Enclosure Cleaning: Sweep and clean trash enclosures.

    Cobweb Removal: Clear cobwebs from ceilings, windowsills, and light fixtures; remove inactive nests.

    Cigarette Urn Emptying: Empty on each visit.

    Dusting: Clean windowsills, light fixtures, vending machines, outdoor seating, and trash receptacles.

    Reporting: Report on potholes, broken curb stops, damaged signage, graffiti, and other maintenance issues.

Armed with a broom, a shovel, and the last of their resources from their dump truck business, they ventured into a new path of growth, expanding their expertise in the service industry. Today, BPLM has grown into a successful commercial parking lot business, operating with 9 trucks and a dedicated team of 30 employees.
